PCS serves clients ranging from AAA auto clubs to warehousing and distribution facilities, from heating and ventilating contractors to communications companies. Here are stories by some of our clients in their own words.

How? We recorded the interviews to minidisc using a broadcast quality microphone. The resulting audio files have been converted to MP3 format. You can play these files by clicking on the descriptive link, which includes information about the audio file's content and its length in minutes and seconds. If you haven't yet installed a player for MP3 files, you can download and install Nullsoft's Winamp or Microsoft's Media Player. When you click on the audio file's link, choose Open this file from its current location and the file will begin playing as soon as it downloads. (If you would like to retain the file for others to hear, choose Save this file to disk instead.)

Automotive Distributors Warehouse (ADW)

ADW is a large, statewide distributor of automotive parts. The company operates more than 100 trucks and provides same-day delivery throughout Ohio from warehouses in the state's major cities.

Columbus Worthington Air

Columbus Worthington Air is one of the city's larger heating and air conditioning companies and has been a PCS client since about 1980.

Executone of Columbus

Executone is a provider of business telephone systems and medical communications systems. Executone of Columbus is responsible for serving clients in approximately half of Ohio's counties.

PDI Plastics / Saneck International is a distribution company that uses PCS accounting software to manage a growing business. Because of the extended lead time caused by overseas product sourcing, the company needs specialized reports, and some employees telecommute.

WASCO

If you're not in the auto business, you may never have heard of WASCO. But if you do work for a company that services cars or trucks, you know there guys. WASCO is a large supplier of the tools and materials that service companies use every day.
