Payroll

The PCS payroll system allows unlimited categories for earnings, deductions, and taxes. It allows you to print laser or pin-fed checks. It supports direct deposit. You can even generate up to 99 payroll checks per employee per pay period if you need to.

The system supports unlimited notes, which are particularly handy for personnel management. Rate changes may be established in advance with a start date -- even multiple rate changes

If you have employees who work in many cities throughout the year, you'll be excited to find that the PCS payroll system allows unlimited city tax tracking -- something few other payroll systems do.

If you'd like to make an employee directory available, the PCS payroll system can be set up to display names, addresses, and phone numbers. As with all other PCS software modules, access may be limited to those with a need to know.
