Larry C. Dusch (1981)
Director of software development
Larry was born in Oceanside, California, but raised in Wheeling, West
Virginia. He majored in computer science and history when he attended
the US Air Force Academy.
Larry is a former data processing manager for a retail furniture, appliance,
and electronics firm based in Wheeling. In 1981, Larry came to PCS as
a systems designer, analyst, and programmer. He has been involved in
designing and writing distribution management systems for various industries.
Projects include inventory control, manufacturing, payroll, service
dispatching, and service contract systems for service businesses. Since
1993, Larry has been responsible for much of the conversion from legacy
systems to relational databases. In 1996, he was promoted to Director
of Software Development, and he manages the programming staff and development
of new and existing software systems.
Larry is on the advisory committee for the Grove City Kids Association
for girls softball, as well as chairman and coach. He is a member of
the Grove City Band Boosters, and is an active volunteer in many school
activities. Larry is a self-proclaimed sports nut who enjoys participating
and watching most major sports. When not otherwise occupied, Larry enjoys
science fiction, computer games, gardening, and exploring the Internet.
